Bending Wood

Curved or radius panels for cabinet end panels or doors, columns, curved walls, or commercial applications such as reception areas, even store fixtures, require a bendable substrate to serve as the base for the surface laminate. Our kerfed panels are designed specifically for this purpose.Products are available that will bend to as little as a 3-1/2” radius.

We offer 4 different products to solve any curved panel challenge. To laminate the surface material first and then bend and secure in place, use KERFKORE. To construct a curved surface and then apply the decorative laminate, use TIMBERFLEX.For thin laminates such as veneer use FLEXBOARD. For an economical bendable substrate to use in all applications choose ECONOKORE.
